Field crews do not manage credentials. Access is a link you give and a link you can stop, and it belongs to a person rather than to a sticky note on a monitor.
Excess soil · dispatch
The person who keeps your trucks moving is rarely the person who enjoys new software. So there is nothing for them to install, nothing to sign up for, and no password to invent. You send a text. They tap it. They are dispatching.

The entire onboarding, as your dispatcher receives it.
Admin: People, then Invite
Type their name and cell number, pick their role, press Send SMS invitation. That’s the whole setup.
Dispatcher: taps the text
The sign-in link opens in the browser already on their phone. No account to create, no password to invent.
Done. They’re dispatching.
They land on their Truck Roster with the day’s trucks ready to send. Tomorrow they type their cell on the sign-in page and get a fresh link. Still no password.
What it replaces
No account to register, no password to forget, no app store, no IT ticket. The link opens in whatever browser is already on the phone in their pocket — the same phone they are going to use at six in the morning in a gravel lot.
They land on their own screen and they see only their own screen. The scale house and the billing side are not hidden from them behind a warning — they are simply not theirs, so there is nothing to explain and nothing to break.

Roles decide the screen. Nobody has to be told which menu to open, because the only thing in front of them is the job they came to do.
The driver goes with the O. Reg. 406/19 hauling record on their phone, ready for a roadside check, without anyone printing anything.
Links are short-lived and belong to one person, so handing someone access is never the same as handing over the keys. Take an access away and it is gone from their phone, without changing anything for anyone else.
